About The Bluffs
The Bluffs Home Owners Association (HOA) was reincorporated in 2001.
The Bluffs HOA is operated by a group of neighborhood volunteers that form a board which meets regularly throughout the year. The board consists of a Chairperson, the President, a Vice-President, a Treasurer, a Secretary, an Architectural Control Committee (ACC), and a Covenant Compliance Committee (CCC).
The main purpose of the Bluffs HOA is to enforce the covenants of each of the three filings within the HOA. The Bylaws of the HOA and the covenants of each filing are in the "Downloads" section.
The Bluffs is a great neighborhood, not because of the covenants or the HOA, but because of our great neighbors!

Are you passionate about what we're doing? Let us know using the contact us feature! We are always looking for volunteers to join the board, please keep us in mind if your interested in serving your community. This summer we are hoping to fill two board positions!

The Bluffs HOA dues of $25.00 are due January 1st. Please pay on the website below using Paypal.
Pay My Dues
Dues are payable each year by January 1st in the amount of $25.00. Please be aware that using this service adds a $1.24 fee.
